Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Dairy. Tasks: Monitoring animal health. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Perform livestock feeding. Feed and tend animals. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Milk cows. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Perform general farm duties. Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops. Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system. Milking system (automated). Farm truck. Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service. Cattle breeding. Dairy cattle.
