Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Install exterior prefabricated products. Install interior prefabricated products. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair and service exterior prefabricated products. Repair and service interior prefabricated products. Determine layout and installation procedures. Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
