Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Direct farm feed inventory activities . Direct farm grooming activities . Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Implement soil fertility programs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Monitor the calving process. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
