Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Analyze hair and scalp condition. Provide custom hair and scalp treatment. Shampoo customers' hair. Supervise apprentices/students in training. Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair. Apply hair extensions. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences. Employment terms options: Shift. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
