Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Odours. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Fabric, fur and leather cutters. Hide and pelt processing workers. Inspectors and testers, fabric, fur and leather products manufacturing. Sewing machine operators. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Manual dexterity.
