Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean the crops. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Hand harvesting vegetables. Pack fruits and vegetables. Pick row and orchard crops. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Sort fruits and vegetables. Weeding. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
