About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Follow parents' lead with toilet training . Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children. Prepare infants and children for rest periods. Supervise and care for children. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Shift. Flexible hours. Day. Weekend. Support for persons with disabilities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities . Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers .
