Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: At heights. Dusty. Noisy. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Prepare tenders and quotations. Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints. Clean and prepare surfaces. Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife. Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound. Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied. Prepare wall and ceiling layouts. Estimate costs and materials. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
