Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Co-ordinate special events. Determine the size of food portions and costs. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you available to start on the date listed in the job posting?. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours.
