About this role
Work closely with the Project Manager and Field Staff to ensure that the project is proactively set up to be accurately executed and sufficiently documented. Specific duties include:• Oversee lighting design projects from start to finish• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and production milestones• Maintain clear documentation and regular reporting• Collaborate with vendors and creative/technical teams• Provide updates and presentations to U.S. clientsRequirements• Bachelor's degree or higher in lighting design, architecture, electrical engineering, interior design, or closely related field• 4–8 years professional experience in lighting design or equivalent discipline• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam• Confidence with AGI or Dialux for lighting analysis• Familiarity with Airtable, Miro, Google Suite• Experience with specification processes and construction documentation• Comfortable working remote
