About this role
Own day-to-day order management and fulfillment for the Walmart channel ahead of the 2027 launch across ~3,000 stores. Onboard in Q4 2026 to be fully ramped before order flow begins in January, then serve as the single point of accountability for Walmart order accuracy, OTIF compliance, scorecard performance, and deduction defense, while keeping the broader supply chain team aligned on inventory impact.Key responsibilitiesOrder management and fulfillment• Monitor incoming Walmart POs, validate quantities, dates, and ship-to details against current inventory and forecast.• Coordinate fulfillment with the warehouse and 3PL: confirm orders flow into the WMS, meet labeling and ASN requirements, and ship within routing-guide windows (carrier scheduling, pickup timing).• Track each order through delivery and protect Walmart OTIF performance to avoid compliance fines.Inventory and forecast alignment• Compare Walmart demand against inventory levels and the planned forecast; flag spikes, decl
