We are now looking for a Safety Director Nordics to lead and further develop our Safety Management System (SMS) across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to join the Nordic Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in one of Europe's leading providers of emergency aviation services. About the Role As Safety Director Nordics, you will lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety management across Avincis' Nordic operations. In addition to your regional leadership responsibilities, you will hold several key regulatory appointments and act as the nominated Safety Manager for: AOC (Air Operator Certificate) operations in Sweden CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) in Sweden Part-145 Maintenance Organizations across Sweden, Norway, and Finland As the designated Safety Manager, you will serve as the central focal point for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and Avincis Group safety standards. You will work closely with operational, maintenance, airworthiness, and executive leadership teams to ensure a consistent, proactive, and risk-based approach to safety across all Nordic operations. The role forms part of the Nordic Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Managing Director Nordics, while maintaining a functional reporting line to the Group Chief Safety Officer.
