About this role
As part of the new Method & Construction organization a new Department Manager role is being established with total responsibility for people, discipline leadership, process ownership, capacity management and improvement work within the section. The overall goal is to create clearer ownership, empowerment of people, stronger discipline communities, better resource management and more standardised project deliveries.Do you want to lead one of Method & Construction’s most critical discipline environments and strengthen delivery within Method and Construction Management, including cross-functional improvements?
