The Legal Advisor is a newly created role – and a unique opportunity to be part of that journey from the ground up. You will be Geminor's first dedicated in-house legal resource, providing practical guidance, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and helping the business grow with confidence across borders.If you thrive in a fast-moving commercial environment, enjoy shaping a new function from the early stages, and want to make a tangible impact in a company at the heart of the green transition – we would like to hear from you.You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Management throughout the group. This role can be based at our head office in Avaldsnes, Karmøy, or at our offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen. Geminor values physical presence to build a strong team culture and operational understanding, with some flexibility for remote work where relevant. The role can involve occasional travel to our local offices and clients across Europe.
