Strengthen our team in the Business Unit Service in Baden (Switzerland) with your expertise & experience as
**Project Manager**
Your main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through contract execution excellence and sale of additional scope and services to our current and future gas turbine & combined cycle customers base.
*Your tasks*
Lead and manage the execution of Service Contracts of all types, e.g. long term maintenance agreements, frame agreements & up-grade projects • Establish and maintain a relationship with the customers • Develop and align the project execution strategy, addressing customer, contract and Ansaldo considerations, together with other stakeholder • Lead the Service Team activities in planning and execution planned and un-planned maintenance activities at the customer plants • Support the development of the sale of additional scope and services to the customer, following the relevant Ansaldo guidelines for such activities • Present the allocated projects at regular review meeting towards the Ansaldo Management • Take an active part in improving & maintaining the process and tool landscape used in the activities.
*Your profile*
Degree in mechanical engineering and/or business studies with a good technical understanding • 5-10 years of experience from the industrial sector, preferably power industry, with a well proven track record • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or international sales • Open minded team player, willing to learn with strong endurance and able to work under pressure even for longer periods • Have strong interpersonal skills & being a good communicator • Critical thinking, problem solving & analytical skills • Strong commitment to delivery on-time/cost • Being flexible and self-motivated & willing to travel frequently, also on short notice (up to 30%) • Excellent command of English, knowledge of Italian and German would be an asset, other languages are an advantage.
