We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow expert with strong capabilities in integration architecture, platform engineering, and performance optimization . The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a solid understanding of enterprise environments and governance requirements. What to do: Design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow integrations and architecture standards, leveraging REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, OAuth/SSO, and LDAP Develop scalable platform solutions using IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, and App Engine Studio, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrade, cloning, and release strategies to guarantee stable and compliant operations Implement and enforce security controls (ACLs) and ensure adherence to audit, risk, and compliance requirements Continuously optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability, collaborating with architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
