As a Senior Software Engineer with practical DevOps experience, you design and develop high-quality software for complex embedded systems, working closely with both hardware and software. As a senior, you take ownership of DevOps deliverables, driving CI/CD improvements and automation of build, test, and deployment processes. You ensure technical quality and reliable delivery while supporting your team in adopting strong DevOps practices. Your responsibilities as a Senior Software Engineer with practical DevOps experience Design, implement, and verify subsystems, modules, and components within complex embedded systems Integrate software into complex hardware and software systems Apply Object-Oriented Programming, UML, unit testing, and modern design principle Initiate and implement improvements in the team’s DevOps way of working Set up, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (build, test, release) Automate build, test, and deployment processes to minimize manual work and errors (Python) Support and guide colleagues in DevOps principles and practices (knowledge sharing and coaching) Taking ownership towards the team’s technical quality and delivery reliability Collaborating with developers, architects, testers, and operations to improve end‑to‑end delivery
