The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper and right hand. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s agenda, including business and personal appointments, meetings, travel, and events. Communication: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO—emails, calls, and messages—ensuring timely responses and discretion. Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Travel Management: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transport). Personal Assistance: Manage aspects of the CEO’s personal tasks Office & Team: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
