The Job For THE DUCHESS in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor , who is people skilled and motivated to give our guests an unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for someone with good leadership skills. Someone with lots of hospitality and management experience. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient and friendly manner of serving our guests and ensuring that our guests are experiencing an incredible time. THE DUCHESS Supervisor will lead the team and make sure that each request is handled promptly and effectively. You oversee all the sections in the restaurant and are able to make sure all our guests are being served with high quality. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, leadership skills, management skills, and a passion for hospitality and thrives in a team-based environment.
