We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician (f/m/d) to join us build the next generation of autonomous aerial systems. Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you will assemble, integrate, test, and validate drone platforms that are ready for demanding operational environments Your roadmap to make an impact Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards
