We protect critical infrastructure. We protect Europe’s sovereignty. We're looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team as we scale. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping our recruitment processes moving, managing candidate communications, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring every candidate has a smooth experience from first contact to final decision. Your roadmap to make an impact Support the Recruitment team with tracking and maintaining the candidate pipeline within the ATS Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates post-interview and flag any pipeline blockers to the TA team Support with ATS automatons and optimization of a seamless workflow Contribute to initiatives that enhance and continuously improve the candidate experience Support for recruitment-related projects and operational activities as needed.
