Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate refractory and fireproofing works at site, ensuring adherence to ARAMCO/SABIC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements, while leading site teams for timely and quality execution. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily refractory and fireproofing activities at site for furnaces, boilers, heaters, and reactors. Ensure installation, lining, gunning, casting, anchoring, and curing are carried out as per drawings and specifications. Lead, guide, and assign tasks to refractory masons, helpers, and subcontractors. Conduct inspections of materials, anchoring systems, and workmanship for compliance with ARAMCO/SABIC standards. Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and client representatives for approvals and inspections. Ensure all activities follow Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, especially during shutdowns and turnarounds. Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and manpower allocation records. Enforce strict compliance with safety policies and participate in toolbox talks. Troubleshoot site challenges, delays, or technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
