About this role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Painting to lead and manage painting and surface protection activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have extensive experience in industrial painting, coating systems, manpower management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage complete painting and coating operations for Oil & Gas projects Plan, schedule, and monitor painting activities as per project timelines Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Supervise site teams including engineers, inspectors, and chargehands Coordinate with clients, consultants, and QA/QC teams Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application as per standards Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and material consumption Review and approve painting inspection reports and documentation Maintain adherence to HSE requirements Handle project billing, progress tracking, and reporting to management
