About this role
We are looking for experienced Rigging Foreman / Chargehand to supervise and execute rigging activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong experience in lifting operations, manpower supervision, and site safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations at site Plan and execute lifting activities as per approved lifting plans Ensure safe use of cranes, lifting tools, and rigging equipment Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and site engineers Inspect rigging tools and ensure proper certification Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict HSE compliance Allocate manpower and monitor productivity Ensure lifting activities are performed as per project safety standards Report site progress and coordinate with management
