We are hiring experienced Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling Assist in staff training and team motivation Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service targets Prepare shift reports and operational updates when required 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided
