Must have hands-on experience in Shutdowns, Turnarounds, and Maintenance Projects. Thorough knowledge of lifting operations, rigging equipment, load calculations, and safety procedures. Ability to lead rigging teams and ensure compliance with client and project safety standards. Experience working in large industrial facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, or oil & gas projects is preferred.
