About Us The Food & Beverage Management Trainee supports the Food & Beverage department with administrative tasks and also assists the various Food & Beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, and banqueting) with their daily operational activities. The internship takes place at Brasserie Marie, one of the most beautiful restaurants in Amsterdam. Are you looking for an exciting internship where you can develop your skills? What You Will Do Assist and support the Food & Beverage department with all common administrative and operational tasks | Assist in recording, entering, and organizing reservations in the restaurants and bars | Organize reservations for special restaurant/bar events, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, King’s Day, etc. | Perform administrative work to support service and kitchen operations | Operationally assist in the various outlets during busy periods.
