The Affidea Group is one of the Europe's leading out of hospital care providers. The business operates diagnostic imaging, community out of hospital clinics and minor injuries centres'. The Quality, Safety & Risk Manager (QSRM) at Affidea Ireland is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the quality, safety, and risk management programme across all ROI clinics. This position provides strategic direction and leadership for quality, safety, and risk across the organisation. The QSRM leads the Central Quality & Compliance Team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to governance and compliance, while coordinating closely with local clinical teams to embed best practices and continuous improvement at site level. This role includes responsibility for risk and quality governance, development and implementation of policies and procedures, management of the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and legislative requirements. The QSRM reports performance data to the CEO and serves as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
