Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements, executive contracts and consultancy arrangements</li><li>Advise on employee lifecycle matters, including contracts, employee relations, disciplinary matters and terminations</li><li>Support organizational changes, restructurings and workforce planning initiatives</li><li>Advise on remote work, international hiring and cross-border employment matters</li><li>Develop, review and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and internal procedures</li><li>Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations</li><li>Monitor employment law developments and ensure compliance across relevant jurisdictions</li><li>Manage and coordinate external counsel where required</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Qualified lawyer in an EU or US jurisdiction</li><li>3–5 years of experience </li><li>Employment and labour law experience gained at an international law firm or a leading employment boutique</li><li>Experience advising multinational employers</li><li>Strong understanding of employment law frameworks</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> <ul><li>Experience supporting international or distributed workforces</li><li>Exposure to workforce restructuring and organizational change projects</li><li>Experience with executive employment matters</li><li>Experience with compensation, incentive plans and equity-related matters</li></ul><br> Statement of Non-Discrimination <span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);display:inline;">Delphos is strongly committed to hiring a diverse and multicultural staff.
