Position We are constantly looking for motivated and capable interns to support our Frankfurt-based Investment Banking team (M&A/Corporate Finance/Growth Equity).<br>As a vital team-member you will be working on various assignments & live deals in Tech (including but not limited to CleanTech, GreenTech, DeepTech, AI etc.) but also Digital Media as well as esports & gaming. Your responsibilities <ul><li>Day-to-day support of deal teams and management</li><li>Assist the teams particularly regarding the execution and preparation of transaction materials & deal documentations (incl. Investment / Information memoranda; investor presentations, financial models)</li><li>Preparation of transaction material & marketing documents as well as presentations, pitches, investment proposals and valuations</li><li>Assume responsibility for project tasks</li><li>Built profound understanding of M&A transaction processes and gain first-hand deal experience</li></ul> Your profile <em>Successful candidates typically</em><ul><li>Have an excellent academic background and a genuine interest in Corporate Finance Advisory</li><li>Have an interest in technology as well as tech-driven business models</li><li>Have proven to be a results-driven team player in and are keen to take on responsibility in a project-based environment</li><li>Show strong analytical capabilities and profound understanding of accounting principles, are highly numerical and articulate</li><li>Are business-fluent in both, German and English (additional languages are a plus); and </li><li>Have good command of common business software and industry-specific tools</li></ul> Our approach We offer a high degree of autonomy and promote a healthy work-life balance.<br>Our overarching team approach fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment, placing a premium on innovation and excellence.
