Your mission <p><strong>Build the operational backbone of a growing investment platform.</strong></p><p>Bright Capital is a leading private debt investor focused on the European lower middle market. We partner with ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams, providing flexible capital solutions that support growth, acquisitions, shareholder transitions, and long-term value creation.</p><p>As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help build and scale the internal infrastructure behind our platform. This is a highly visible role offering significant ownership and direct exposure to senior decision-makers.</p><p>You will work closely with the Managing Partners and play a key role in ensuring that our financial and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the firm's long-term ambitions.</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">What You'll Do</span></strong></p><p><strong>Finance & Controlling</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee cash management and banking relationships</p></li><li><p>Manage and optimise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes</p></li><li><p>Improve management reporting processes</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits</p></li><li><p>Build transparent and decision-relevant reporting structures</p></li></ul><p><strong>Executive & Stakeholder Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support shareholder, board, and advisory committee meetings</p></li><li><p>Ensure reliable reporting and information flow across the organisation</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership on operational and financial matters</p></li><li><p>Corporate Administration</p></li><li><p>Coordinate contracts, corporate documentation, and compliance-related processes</p></li><li><p>Maintain and improve internal administrative structures</p></li><li><p>Help build a best-in-class operational foundation for future growth</p></li></ul><p><strong>Operations & Business Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Analyse and optimise internal processes across the organisation</p></li><li><p>Implement scalable processes, systems, and tools</p></li><li><p>Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Document and standardise key workflows and governance processes</p></li></ul> Your profile <p>You are hands-on, highly organised, and enjoy taking ownership.
