Intro <p>Bei Arvana bauen wir die erste AI-native Go-To-Market Agentur in DACH. Seit 2024 sind wir auf über €5M ARR und 30+ Leute im Team gewachsen. Wir arbeiten mit über 200 B2B-Tech-Unternehmen zusammen, darunter FreeNow, SmapOne, Swisscom und Klett.</p><p>Als Performance Creative Manager verantwortest du Design, Story und Messaging unserer Ad Creatives und Landingpages - die Assets, über die monatlich sechsstellige Budgets in Paid Search und Paid Social laufen. Wir arbeiten zahlengetrieben und schnell - ohne lange Abstimmungsschleifen. Du triffst kreative Entscheidungen eigenständig und siehst in den Performance-Daten direkt, was deine Arbeit bewirkt.
