JOIN OUR TEAM As a Director Performance Marketing, you will own the strategy, scaling, and optimisation of Westwing’s performance marketing engine across Europe, driving profitable customer acquisition, retention, and maximising customer lifetime value. Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and serving as a critical member of the Marketing Leadership team, you will define and execute our performance marketing roadmap across markets. You will lead a high-performing organisation with teams spanning across Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Growth processes.
