Your mission We’re looking for a Financial Controller (all genders) who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help mature and scale our financial controlling setup. You will play a central role in the implementation of our new ERP system across all finance processes - defining standards, ensuring data quality, and driving adoption across the organization. In addition, you will continuously improve our budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes and provide the business with clear, actionable insights. Your Day-to-Day <ul><li>Establish scalable controlling processes (templates, governance, definitions, calendar, responsibilities) suitable for a fast-growing organization. </li><li>Lead the finance workstream for ERP system implementation: process design, testing (UAT), cutover preparation, training, and post go-live stabilization.</li><li>Ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting and ERP, including alignment of chart of accounts, cost objects, and reporting dimensions.</li><li>Work hand-in-hand with accounting to ensure a reliable monthly close foundation (cut-offs, accrual logic, reconciliation drivers) so that controlling analysis is timely and trustworthy.</li><li>Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle (annual budget, rolling forecasts, scenario planning) and continuously improve planning methodology and timelines.</li><li>Build and maintain controlling dashboards, reports, and KPIs that enable fast, data-driven decisions (including cost centre and project perspectives).</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.</li><li>Several years of experience in controlling (budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting), ideally in a scaling or project-driven environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ideally including FI/CO processes; implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. </li><li>Confidence working with Excel and ERP-based reporting, and the ability to translate complexity into clear management insights. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic mindset, able to work across functions and drive topics to completion. </li><li>Fluent in German (must-have); English proficiency for day-to-day collaboration is highly beneficial.</li></ul><div style="border:0px solid rgb(229,231,235);font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif, Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;width:1040px;color:rgb(23,23,23);font-size:medium;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><div style="border:0px solid rgb(229,231,235);font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif, Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;color:rgb(66,66,66);">We recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry.
