Your mission We're looking for an experienced Collections & Risk Operations Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of key financial processes and help advance our mission of giving businesses fair, instant access to capital. In this role, you'll own day-to-day financial operations and play a crucial part in payment reconciliation, underwriting, and customer communication - all while ensuring compliance and supporting our broader finance initiatives. As an integral member of the finance team, you'll support the core risk and collections leads in their daily work: managing underwriting, driving operational debt recovery processes, active debtor communication, and collaborating cross-functionally to back business decisions with accurate, timely insights. You'll also help us advance continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across the finance function.
