Your tasks <ul><li>Collaborate with other hosts and the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction</li><li>Your are the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and personal farewell</li><li>Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for</li><li>Listen to and respond to guest needs, creating personalized experiences</li><li>Assist with meal preparation and take responsibility for serving food and drinks during shifts</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and sanitary facilities</li><li>Organize evening activities in coordination with the team</li><li>Care for the retreat’s garden plants and assist in feeding the chickens</li></ul> Your profile You...<br><ul><li>are available until end of October 2026</li><li>are fluent in English</li><li>bring team spirit and passion for hospitality</li><li>have organisational skills and stress resilience</li><li>have first experience in gastronomy, yoga/surfing and sustainable living (is a big plus, but not neccessary!)</li><li>have a positive and open appearance</li><li>like to live and work in nature</li></ul> Why us? <p>Our Habitat Algarve is a unique eco-retreat nestled off-grid in Portugal’s untouched nature. </p><p>Our Partner in Portugal offers basic accommodation.
