Our work focuses on creating gold-standard testing and validation processes for complex engineering solutions in real-world environments.</span> Your mission We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware QA Engineer to join our R&D team and take ownership of system-level testing for tactical UAV platforms. You will work hands-on with hardware, software, and communication interfaces to ensure overall system stability, performance, and reliability - both in the lab and in the field. Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, checklists for embedded solutions</li><li>Perform diagnostics, defect localization and root cause analysis</li><li>Work with communication interfaces and protocols (RS485, TCP/IP, RTSP, Mavlink) as part of system diagnostics and integration</li><li>Interact with the development team to detect and eliminate errors in a timely manner</li><li>Improve testing environment and tools</li><li>The ability to develop in automation testing at will</li><li>Prepare documentation, reports, and provide feedback on product stability and safety</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>3+ years of experience in hardware testing</li><li>Experience in embedded testing</li><li>A solid understanding of testing theory (functional, integration, system)</li><li>Knowledge of Linux and experience writing Bash scripts</li><li>Experience working with embedded protocols</li><li>Experience working with test management systems and Git, Jira, Confluence</li><li>Basic understanding of electronics and laboratory equipment</li><li>Writing clear test documentation</li><li>Ability to work with technical documentation in English</li></ul>
