Your mission Take our Counter-UAS systems out of the lab and into the field—where they either work or they don’t.As a Flight Test Operator / Engineer, you will plan and execute flight test campaigns, operate systems in realistic environments, and translate field performance into actionable engineering feedback. You will own significant parts of the test lifecycle while working closely with engineering to rapidly iterate and improve system performance.This role is for someone experienced enough to operate independently, but still driven to build, test, and improve new technology at speed.
