About this role
Ihre Aufgaben <ul><li>Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to support successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation. </li><li>Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and problem solving in the field. </li><li>Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation, training materials, and accurate records of support activities. </li><li>Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and commercial colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve customer experience. </li></ul> Ihr Profil <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or a related field. </li><li>Hands-on experience in areas such as single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable. </li><li>Strong scientific communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex applications to diverse customer audiences. </li><li>Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively and support customers across multiple countries. </li><li>Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training. </li><li>Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering topics. </li><li>Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage. </li><li>Commercial awareness and business understanding, while remaining focused on after-sales support and customer success.</li></ul> Wir bieten <ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package. </li><li>Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, international setting. </li><li>High autonomy and direct impact on customer success, scientific adoption, and service quality. </li><li>Professional development through exposure to diverse applications, customers, and global markets. </li></ul>
