General Information We can currently only consider applications from candidates based in <strong>Europe</strong> or the <strong>USA</strong>.<br>This position is remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on the project. Regular travel to the race track is required. Your mission <ul><li>Support all race, test, simulator and rig activities</li><li>Working in conjunction with other engineers and drivers to optimize the performance on track</li><li>Providing pre & post event simulation, analysis and key performance metrics of tyre performance in race and test events</li><li>Assist in developing tyre physics understanding and in conjunction with tyre modelling engineers to support vehicle performance analysis and development</li><li>Ensure on-going validation and correlation of the tyre models to track and rig data to ensure robust validation of simulation results</li><li>Research and use appropriate technologies to ensure the continuous development of our models to meet the engineering requirements of the Team</li><li>Interact across the entire Team to provide methodologies, tools and solutions to support objective technical decision making</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in engineering or comparable higher education</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports</li><li>Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics and tyres modelling</li><li>Experience with tyre testing on track and/or test benches</li><li>Practical experience in the use of coding languages such as MATLAB or Python</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis programs</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends</li><li>You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li>Be part of a young and dynamic like-minded team</li><li>Flexible lifestyle turning your hobby into your job</li><li>Travel the world and work with well-known and renowed racing teams</li><li>flat hierarchies and owner-managed</li><li>work in various projects with the security of a permanent contract</li></ul>
