General Information We can currently only consider applications from candidates based in <strong>Europe</strong> or the <strong>USA</strong>.<br>This position is remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on the project. Regular travel to the race track is required. Your mission <ul><li>Running a car in Race or Test sessions to a pre- defined schedule, managing the driver, directing the mechanics and tyre technician</li><li>Setup of the car with input from Performance and VDG engineers</li><li>Working with the Race driver to maximise his performance</li><li>Legality of the car to the established procedures</li><li>Providing pre & post event simulation, analysis and key performance metrics of car performance in Formula E race and test events</li><li>Run simulator sessions for car development, race preparation and post-race correlation</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in engineering or comparable higher education</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports</li><li>Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis programs</li><li>Operating with a clear head when under pressure</li><li>Able to manage a group of engineers/mechanics</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends</li><li>You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li>Be part of a young and dynamic like-minded team</li><li>Flexible lifestyle turning your hobby into your job</li><li>Travel the world and work with well-known and renowed racing teams</li><li>work in various projects with the security of a permanent contract</li><li>we offering competitive market value packages and employment with opportunities to work in all forms of motorsport without complexities</li></ul>
