Your mission <h4><strong>Senior Performance Engineer</strong></h4><ul><li>Lead and mentor the Performance Engineering team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across remote and trackside operations.</li><li>Oversee performance analysis strategies and reporting, ensuring timely and insightful data delivery to Race Engineers and Drivers.</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Race Engineers and Drivers to extract maximum vehicle performance and refine race strategies.</li><li>Lead the calibration and optimization of vehicle dynamics and performance-related on-car systems.</li><li>Direct race car setup and performance optimization, leveraging expertise in vehicle dynamics and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring actionable insights for race strategy and car development.</li><li>Develop and refine advanced performance software tools, enhancing real-time data analysis and lap-time simulation capabilities.</li><li>Lead efforts in validating and improving simulation and simulator models, ensuring seamless correlation with real-world track and test data.</li><li>Provide leadership in technical reporting, delivering strategic recommendations on car setup, tire strategies, and long-term vehicle development.</li><li>Spearhead the advancement of simulator technologies, ensuring cutting-edge correlation and development methodologies.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h4><strong>Performance Engineer</strong></h4><ul><li>Support all race, test, simulator and rig activities</li><li>Working on performance controls to optimize the performance of car and driver</li><li>Providing pre &amp; post event simulation, analysis and key performance metrics of car performance in race and test events</li><li>Run simulator sessions for car development, race preparation and post-race correlation</li><li>Develop the simulator to improve correlation to track</li></ul> Your profile <h4><strong>Senior Performance Engineer</strong></h4><br><p>✅ <strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Motorsport, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in performance engineering in Formula E, F1, WEC, or similar high-level motorsport categories.</li><li>Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics, tire behavior, and control systems.</li><li>Proven trackside experience, collaborating with race engineers and drivers to fine-tune vehicle performance.</li></ul>✅ <strong>Technical Skills:</strong><ul><li>Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Wintax, Atlas).</li><li>Experience with lap time simulation tools and simulator environments.</li><li>Strong capabilities in MATLAB and other engineering analysis tools.</li><li>Knowledge of measurement technology and telemetry applications.</li></ul>✅ <strong>Soft Skills:</strong><ul><li>Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide performance engineers and optimize collaboration.</li><li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—able to work efficiently with teams at the track and remotely.</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous performance optimization.</li><li>Time flexibility and willingness to travel advantageous but not necessary.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.<br><br></li></ul><h4><strong>Performance Engineer</strong></h4><ul><li>Degree in engineering or comparable higher education</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports</li><li>Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics</li><li>Knowledge of measurement technology application tools</li><li>Practical experience in the use of commercial software such as MATLAB</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis programs</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends</li><li>You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li>Be part of a young and dynamic like-minded team</li><li>Flexible lifestyle turning your hobby into your job</li><li>Travel the world and work with well-known and renowed racing teams</li><li>work in various projects with the security of a permanent contract</li><li>we offering competitive market value packages and employment with opportunities to work in all forms of motorsport without complexities</li></ul>
