About this role
Ihre Aufgaben <strong>Your Main Tasks: </strong><br><ul><li>You will be responsible for the preparation and build of our Formula 4 cars.</li><li>Assemble, service and operate the cars at race and test events in Europe (mostly Italy) and at the team base.</li><li>Support the team with your strong mechanical/technical skills.</li><li>International travel and a flexible approach to long working hours are required for this role.</li></ul> Ihr Profil <strong>Your Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Ideally you can bring some experience in a Motorsport (preferably with Formula Cars) or car workshop environment.</li><li>Show a high level of commitment whilst being an excellent team player with a good work ethic.</li><li>Ability to work to the highest standards and perform under pressure.</li><li>Good English language skills.</li></ul> Warum wir? <strong>Our Offer:</strong><br><ul><li>A secure Freelance or Full-time employment.</li><li>The potential to grow within the team and in different categories.</li><li>You will have the chance to gain experience in a highly professional race team and learn a lot.</li><li>We will give you time to adapt to a new team and way of work, with the support of the whole team.</li><li>Meals from our own catering or restaurants on track, catering area with coffee, drinks and snacks.</li><li>The ability to work in an international (>15 different nationalities) and dynamic environment.</li></ul>
