on shift when on duty in the service.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Assist in assessing the needs of individuals under care and developing individualised care plans.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Ensure the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitor the progress and outcomes of care.</li></ul><strong style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;">Training & Development</strong><ul style="border:0px solid;"><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Assist in training and orienting new care team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Assist in organising and facilitating training programs and
