We value ownership, initiative, and collaboration. You'll receive coaching and support while having the autonomy to take responsibility for your work - without micromanagement.<h2>What you'll do</h2>You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of back-office operations for our domestic and international BPO clients. Alongside running daily operations, you'll also support the onboarding of new clients.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Processing inbound and outbound payments through the Ohpen Platform</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Managing investment fund orders and NAV processing</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Performing operational reconciliations</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinating monthly acceptance testing for new platform releases</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitoring and improving daily operational processes</li></ul><h2>What success looks like</h2>Accuracy and reliability are at the heart of everything we do.
