NAO ermöglicht Privatanlegern, ab 1 Euro in institutionelle Fonds zu investieren: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastruktur und Private Credit. Also in Fonds, die lange vor allem Family Offices und sehr vermögenden Investoren zugänglich waren.Für unseren nächsten Wachstumsschritt suchen wir die erste Sales-Kraft, die Investor Sales bei NAO systematisch mit aufbaut. Du entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und Standards, aber bleibst dabei nah am Markt: Du gewinnst Investoren aktiv, begleitest sie persönlich und führst Gespräche bis zum Investmentabschluss.Diese Rolle passt zu jemandem, der Sales wirklich aufbauen will. Mit klarem Blick für Zahlen, viel Gespür für Menschen und dem Anspruch, aus guten Gesprächen verlässliche Kundenbeziehungen zu machen.Du berichtest direkt an den Director Growth und arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen.
