Your mission <ul><li>Build the planning arm of the company and manage work winning activities</li><li>Create, update and manage baseline and detailed schedules </li><li>Analyse schedule performance and identify risks or delays</li><li>Leverage Primavera P6 to forecast timelines, track and manage blue-collar workforce performance</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and trades to ensure alignment and efficient execution</li><li>Implement and monitor project control processes to maintain programme integrity</li><li>Report on progress, variances and recovery plans to senior stakeholders</li><li>Plan projects end-to-end, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and scheduling for international assignments</li><li>Prepare compelling proposals for exciting global ventures</li><li>Independently execute assigned work packages in planning, work preparation, material management, scheduling, qualification, and installation coordination</li></ul><br> Your profile <ul><li>Technical education in mechanical or plant engineering or related fields</li><li>Proven experience in schedule analysis, project control and project management</li><li>Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project </li><li>Fluent in English, min. B2 German</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork orientation</li><li>Precise and reliable work style</li><li>Previous exposure to construction, data centre, pharmaceutical or energy projects is an advantage</li></ul> Why us?
