About this role
Deine Aufgaben <span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Over the course of <strong>18 months</strong>, you will experience a variety of different areas of expertise and discover where your passion lies:</span><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Variety:</strong> You will gain in-depth insight into different areas of expertise, such as acquisition/sales, project planning and structural engineering. This will give you a thorough understanding of the design and construction of a car park from start to finish.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>On-site experience</strong>: During your construction management phase, you will be right in the thick of things – on our construction sites, where ideas take shape and steel becomes structure. Shadow and assist our site managers actively on site.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Optional stay abroad:</strong> Broaden your horizons and gain international experience on one of our construction sites abroad.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Network:</strong> You will work with experienced colleagues, customers and partner companies and make valuable contacts which will stay with you long after the trainee programme is over.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Y</strong><strong>our start date: </strong>Flexible! Together we will find the right time for you to join us.</span></li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li><strong>Degree</strong>: Our trainee programme is aimed at university graduates – you have a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field.</li><li><strong>Initial experience</strong>: You have gained initial insights in the form of internships and/or working student positions in a relevant field of civil engineering.</li><li><strong>Working style</strong>: You have an independent and structured way of working, willingness to learn and motivation to familiarise yourself with the different areas of the business.</li><li><strong>Language skills</strong>: We offer opportunities to work on construction sites in our international business and to participate in our international cooperation. This requires fluent English skills (spoken and written), as well as average German skills (B1).</li><li>Willingness to travel: You are interested in working on one of our construction sites for a period of time.
