Ihre Aufgaben Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize SMT and AOI manufacturing processes. </li><li>Create, validate, and continuously improve SMT and AOI machine programs. </li><li>Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvements. </li><li>Analyze production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), and Pareto analysis. </li><li>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and industrialization. </li><li>Define and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and technical documentation. </li><li>Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Yield, First Pass Yield (FPY), DPMO, and OEE. </li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency. </li><li>Provide technical support and training to operators, technicians, and production personnel. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. </li><li>Support internal, customer, and certification audits. </li><li>Ensure compliance with IPC standards, IATF 16949 requirements, and customer-specific requirements. </li><li>Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow development and updates. </li></ul>Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide technical support for SMT and AOI equipment. </li><li>Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. </li><li>Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and process capability. </li><li>Support equipment upgrades, process modifications, and continuous improvement projects. </li><li>Contribute to spare parts management and maintenance planning. </li><li>Assist in commissioning and qualification of new equipment.</li></ul> Ihr Profil Education & Experience <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. </li><li>Hands-on experience with SMT ASM equipment and AOI (VISCOM equipment knowledge is an advantage) processes. </li><li>Automotive industry experience is considered an advantage. </li></ul>Technical Skills <ul><li>Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes: <ul><li>Solder Paste Printing </li><li>SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) </li><li>Pick & Place ASM equipment</li><li>Reflow Soldering </li><li>AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) – VISCOM equipment knowledge is an advantage</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards. </li><li>Understanding of process control and defect analysis. </li><li>Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC). </li><li>Ability to read and interpret electronic drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. </li></ul>Personal Competencies <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Continuous improvement mindset. </li><li>Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach. </li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. </li><li>Results-driven attitude and customer focus. </li></ul>Languages English –advanced level (written and spoken); German language knowledge is an advantage.
