Code-Assistants, LLMs, Automatisierungen)</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Entwicklung und Optimierung von AI-gestützten Coding-Workflows</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Evaluierung neuer AI-Modelle, Tools und Frameworks für Softwareentwicklung</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Unterstützung des Entwicklerteams beim Einsatz von AI im Coding</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Entwicklung interner Tools, Prompts und Automationen</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Analyse von Produktivitätsgewinnen durch AI und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, DevOps und Produktmanagement</li></ul> Das bringst du mit: <ul><li style="font-size:15px;">Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder vergleichbar</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen wie z. B. Python, JavaScript, Java oder ähnlichen</li><li style="font-size:15px;">Praktische Erfahrung mit AITools für Entwickler(z. B.
